Adriaan Boshoff was born in Pretoria and is self-taught. His subject matter is landscapes, seascapes and figurative, mostly in oils. He exhibited at the Denis Hotz Gallery in 1973 and has had many solo exhibitions since. Although self-taught Boshoff is now highly regarded as one of South Africa’s foremost impressionist style artists.
