Lola Dunston was born in Rome and resided in South Africa from 1946. Studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome and the Heatherly School of art in London. A painter and graphic artist of all subject matter mostly figurative and landscape with some abstract. Her works hang in the Musèe de Picardie, France; Pietersburg Collection; Pretoria Art Museum; university of Pretoria and Willem Annandale Art Gallery, Lichtenburg. Solo exhibitions held in Italy, Greece and South Africa.
